Step 1 - The
Visit
Visit our
showroom and pick up a catalog or "contact us" on line and request a
catalog. However you start... a visit to our showroom is highly
recommended. We've been in the WhiteLakes Plaza location for nearly 21
years and have many in-store tools and accessories on display to assist you in
the successful design and completion of your sunroom. |

Step 2 - The
Survey
My name
is Jerry Amyotte, owner of Energy Consulting Associates, the independently owned
and operated Four Seasons Sunrooms franchise for Eastern Kansas. I am the
only person in the company that does "on site surveys". I
believe this is the single most important step in the successful design of your
sunroom. I will come to your home or business to inspect the site, take
measurements, ask questions and determine your "planned usage" of your
new sunroom. After 23 years and thousands of surveys... no surprises at
the end of the job. |

Step 3 - The
Design
Based on
the "The Survey" we will design your sunroom. If required
we will provide engineering and drawings. Four Seasons Sunrooms offers
more systems with more options than anyone else in the industry. A
residential project has seven stages: Foundation, Site Preparation, 4-Seasons
Installation, Electrical & HVAC, Interior Trim, Flooring and Customer
Care. Lots of choices, lots of chances for a mistake. With over 650
completed "Turnkey" projects, you'll be working with the most
experienced sunroom and solarium contractor in the area. That's Real

Step 4 - The
Financing
We will
help you with your financing requirements. We work with local and national
companies that specialize in remodeling finance. |

Step 5 - The
Installation
Here's
where we separate the men from the boys. The Solariums, Conservatories and
Patio Rooms you see pictured on our site are very precise and difficult to build
correctly. We have seen company's "Build a Few" and disappear,
or build just one and call us on the second one. Our installers average
over 16 years of experience with Four Seasons Products. We provide a
turnkey finished product from the foundation to tile on the floor, completed by
employees not sub contractors. For the adventurous, you can buy a kit to
install yourself. |
